seriously am hooked on that phone now. nokia 3200!


I think i’m getting a bit pre-fluy. ate some of christina’s Vit-C pills… and weaing my woolen jacket to sleep… hopefully that would help. i can’t get sick! christina is crazy. She eats at least 10 pills a night. Supplement pills. ‘calcium, vit c, vit d…etc’ craziness!


cornell server down for 3 hours. but after it came back on discussed econ with that one guy who replied. At least he’s quite smart. after econ discussion also bSed abit too. he’s a biochem/econ dbl major. takes orgo too. Good. seems like a nice guy.


went to singapore SA dinner. some good stuff. hehe that coconut bread was good. the fried noodles was good. and the laksa.. tho the laksa in peneng better. . why am i always taking bout food?


so there are more HK nutrition majors! I’m not alone haha. i thought i was the only one HKer in the whole cornell doing nutrition…O_O. haha our table won the first prize in the raffle happy… we are gonna donate the present to the next HKSA raffle.

always talking about food? of course.. you’re taking nutrition!! gotta analyze all that food.. hahaha

lol…i thought i was the only one breaking into other people’s societies (i went to singapore and malaysian society). 

btw, i know a few girls who also take loads of vitamin c pills each day.perhaps this is a UK/US culture.

everyone’s getting sick everywhere….there’s a few ppl in the hall taking paracetamol (panadol) every 4 hours!!  get well soon!!  😉

food is the best thing to be talked about!!  one of the best things to make you feel happy!

<LABEL id=HbSession SessionId=”410798804″>I think it’s better to rely on natural foods, rather than pills, to sustain yourself.  Flus and fevers will dissappear by itself, cold climates can be adapted to, and everyday cuts will clot itself without the use of bandages. 

<LABEL SessionId=”410798804″>The only thing I’m trying to do now is to eat and sleep less.  Food intake is easy – cutting down sleep is very hard, especially when you’re also eating less in a cold climate.  I’m limiting myself to 55 hours of sleep a week, which for me is an extreme challange.

<LABEL SessionId=”410798804″>Our HKSA association is very prestigious, so many other student groups usually sponsor our activities.  We’re just so cool, aren’t we?  =)

if you need anymore supplements, i have banlangeng, honeysuckle tea, ginseng tea, fish oil (vitamin D?), normal vitamin pills, and dried prunes ^_~…

also, tell your roommate that it’s better to eat those pills in the morning and not too good to eat them at night……
