i’ve always complained how lonely i was because i had no sibling, but now come to think of it its not that bad. At least as an only child, parents can afford to put me through Cornell… and I think that being alone a times is actually quite fun.
After my piano lesson i felt hungry so i went to McDs for the 2nd time in 2 days alone. My dad thinks i’m too thin when I’m not. but since he thinks i’m too thin, I have excuse to eat McDs. Didn’t finish the whole meal tho. Even then I felt too guilty so i walked from Hung Hom back to Homantin (up a really steep slope…) its actually quite far… it doesn’t feel far on the minibus!
Then i walked around the mall in Homantin. Shopping alone is quite fun… cuz i don’t buy much but i can waste time and I can think. I look at people. I actually thought “how wonderful it is to be alive!”. Hmm. so cliched, but that was how i was feeling today.
Went to the VCD shop to waste more time. Amazingly i managed to buy sth. Normally i don’t buy when i’m alone. i bought the andy hui concert DVD for 15 bucks. (ahaha yay so cheap
) and also “gosford park” VCD. $11! Money so powerful nowadays. According to Daniel its a good movie. Hmm…the blurb seems really deep to me. Wonder if i’ll understand it?!?
Really tempted to see “finding nemo” again. ITs such a good movie. So Sweet. I like the songs too! “*note bg music* I want to go see chinese version this time..aha any1 interested?

I like being alone too. Maybe we are made to enjoy life with no siblings, or travelling around by yourself (except for the fact that I have a darn little sister…)
Chinese version of Disney songs?? Yuck! Please don’t do that. It’s disgusting.
haha…Good luck with your piano practice..u’ll do fine for the exam!! Can’t believe the CD’s are so cheap……I think I’ll so some VCD and audio CD shopping too..haha =]
I’ve run up that slope before…quite nice when it’s not too polluted (cars…)…hehe you really shouldn’t waste your energy/conscience worrying about whether you are thin or not…

Hung Hom to Homantin…that was pretty far…good exercise though…burn some of calories that you just had…hehe!! :laugh: it’s worse when you looked at the path and thought it’s not far…but found the opposite two-thirds along the way!!
$15 for DVD?? things are getting cheaper nowadays. i don’t think chinese version would be as good as english…not as orginal. =)

I often go shopping alone. But since my car is broken and i’ve had to be taken everywhere I haven’t been able to do as many things by myself and have spent more time at home. Thus cleaning and cleaning my room and thinking of ways to rearange furniture (that’s too big and heavy to more so it stays in the same old places).
But I do miss the shopping, even if it has saved me alot of money. :oh wells:
p.s I *really* want to see finding nemo.
