WEnt to stanley today. Just walked about, didn’t do much…but funny thing was vto and emily went shopping…. Two ppl who don’t even like shopping…and they bought a lot…haha… shirts and shoes and shades and sarongs. (*lol these all start with S!?”) Speaking of shades..

On the way home i met this guy friend from Red Cross who told me i was a bit rounder since he last ssaw me 4 months ago. Am I? Hmm… I just told myself that since i did sooooo MUCH exercise in two days i could afford a McD’s chocodip ice cream…so i did. hmmmm. Perhaps i should have…but it was good! 1st time i had 1 full one to myself!
