I have realised the vital importance of using sunscreen. I went out today, put sunscreen on my face, and i had extra so i just smeared it on my arms, right…now i just realised i have this very visible white streak. Its the oddest place you can get a tan mark. and its vertical, not like a watch mark. ErRRr…
Today was rather a disaster though…nearly everyone got injured and it was no good that we had a broken bike, which the guys lured along all the way to Tai Po…it was essentially rolling a box with one wheel for 2 hours. Hmm…and lots of injuries…screwed up knees, ankles and scrapes… it was fun for the ppl who weren’t injured and didn’t have to lug the one-wheeled box along…but…
Moral of the story. If you are injured you shouldn’t go do vigourous sport!

Not a good experience when you have to move a broken bike all the way to Tai Po…very far indeed!! At least you had a good day!!

don’t scare me Kay, thought greyhound was safe. But probably my mom will drive me there… have to go since the ticket cost me $50 US.
