Finally finished reading the 2 weeks past edition of the xanga newspaper, which i missed due to my internet deprivation.

Yes, after reading about all those countdowns, reunions, resolutions and reminisions, i need to write sth too.

2003 has definately been a memoriable year… so many emotions jam-packed into 365 days. Year of transition, year of meeting new people, year of meeting old friends.

Getting Uni acceptances, Prom, passing A-levels, Langkawi (Saronggong…i will never forget that…), Cheung Chau…*sigh it makes me so sad that it will be so hard for us to be together as a group again…* meeting Christina, Fei and all the other people in my hall…, meeting all the HK people at Cornell , coming back to HK and realising how wonderful it all is…*laughed my head off.* KGV reunion, singing K, Xmas eve, countdown @tianmar.

I don’t have to leave HK until 23rd but i feel for all my friends who are leaving this week… i will feel like that soon, and i will miss you all! Enjoyed hiking up Lion Rk and going back to school… and also Hotpot with so many wonderful people…thank you Dickson…

got my first sem GPA. not too good. yes…it was worse than yours… told you so la…. It WILL be better next semester.

Hk changes so fast, i’ve just been gone for 4 months, and already there are 5 new buildings visible outside my window – one new school…>.< and all the shops in jordan have changed! I guess the only thing constant in HK is change…

haha HK is so HOT!

I HK! i really do think that i’m a honkie girl at heart. so much to do, so many people i wanna see… talked so much on the phone today. thank you for making me feel so at home people! haha yeh and the world is really quite small, i found after talking to Kleung. teehee… turns out my friend Marilyn from the writing seminar’s boyfriend is his Kleung’s roomie.

no more finals! plus I did well in my econ final!

now there is nothing between me and home… except the long flight.

celebrated Henry + Billy’s bday, and watched LOTR. As usual, really beautiful scenes and fight effects, but the movie was too long… plus i’m not a fan… and the seats weren’t comfy… haha i fell asleep in the beginning… first time i fell asleep in a movie theatre, but it was because of my lack of sleep the previous night due to econ.

My suitcase broke. Sucks. >.< Luckily Kelvin and Hester helped me to get the passport out, otherwise i wouldn’t be able to get back! Thank god!

Cornell has been a nice place to spend freshman sem… save the prelims and hellish chem… Oli agrees with me that chem is the loser, it likes to kill everyone instead of making friends with the freshman like it should. >.<

still studying hard…but finish line is in sight…4 more days!

*Randomly got $5 US *turn up fee* for the econ experiment because it was full…>.< i think if i got in i would get $60USD lor, because i am sooo good at econ and the average pay is $30USD..… but haha at least i got my 2 hours back and $5 for nothing. gd gd.

there goes my fall semester freshman year. finished all my classes.

I am NOT going to allow myself to fail chem (final on 12th); and even thou i’m SOOO tempted to waste credit and take orgo 257 instead, i will not. >< STICK to chem 358. must do must do.

got my first grade today, for writing seminar. not brilliant, but ok lar. luckily teacher noted my improvement.

*if i have to choose one thing that i hate about my face, it would be my eyes + eyebags. (*if i had to choose 1, if no limit there would be too much to list.*) I am so pissed off at why it is always black. i think its because i’m dehydated. need to drink more water.
