Received a phone call today. Some people are genuinely so nice. I aim to become one of these people.

Thanks for being nice to me. Thanks for thinking about me. Although you may not have felt it – i am genuinely grateful and greatly appreciate it. It’s just that sometimes i don’t express my gratefulness as much as a hope to.

thank you for those who have touched my heart.

Chem is so hard nowadayz. *Sigh. Dun get any of the half cells stuff. I prefer “group” chemistry. Can’t wait until we do transition metals and see all the pretty colours. Hehe so i have put up a chem song to show my emotions. *aieya i think i’ve become one of those ppl who changes their songs everyday. *kerm kerm*. just reading my posts and i realised i have changed 3 songs in 5 posts. Hehe.

Do you guys remember when in Y10? our science teacher played this song to us? *hem…well I’ve forgotten which year but i do remember it getting played to us. so if you remember, i think you were in my class.hehe.

Hehe. So much for not eating any snacks – today i ate chips and apple pie and green bubble tea in addition to my lunch. Now out of my $100 pocket money, I only have 30 left. *sigh. And there is 3 more days til i get more money. I’m such an overspender.

Hehe the “guess the thing on your forehead” game is so funny. Hehe we’ve kind of abandoned charades for the time being. Today i was “Kenny G”, “§f¨q½¬ (lol liu’s idea…pam and liu were laughing so hard!” “Kylie Minogue” and “Pineapple”. Hehe lol it was seriously so funny…nearly peed in my pants. *I was crying with laughter. !

*hehe went to “bo jap” M3. I sort of get the concept now, this new tutor is good…unlike the old one who keeps diverging. Good. Hope i learn M3 in time.

*kerm kerm. And so i have deleted the internet ‘coversation’ joke bit in case my parents read it. (My parents go online when I’m at school) And if you want to read it you can tell me and i’ll mail it to you.

*edit – finished revamp! I was going to put the box-type design back on but since everyone said they liked my background, i decided to stick with it! Instead i added more snowflakes and a song! Hope it doesn’t crash anyone’s computer!

*Karnival was ok la. Quite fun. Can’t believe its the last spring fair i’m in though. Rather nostalgic and sad in a way.

My arm is screwed up. The muscles ache like crazy cuz of badminton. Either I’m using the wrong muscle or i just never use that muscle b4…can hardly type. Aieya.

Oh gee I look so S***. ok better not use that word. I just look bad. Normally i don’t realise it but today i did, so its true, i look really bad. My dad told me so.

All my spots have come out and then these big black panda eyes. (i have no idea why, since i get 7+ hours sleep every night). My face also looks black. I feel fine but i look like a drug addict.

and it’s not like i’m on a diet…i eat perfectly good, nutrutionous food. I don’t get it? I think i’m quite unhealthy. Or maybe just stressed.

Well guyz i finally got my Yale interview even though now i don’t really want one. The guy sounded kind of annoyed when i finally spoke to him cuz I phoned him 6 times over the course of a week and 3 days. *Sigh tmr tim. My doom date. I’m reading on North Korea and the Budget report and i have no idea what its talking about. *argh!

to celebrate the re-operation of my cd burner, (see previous entry) i decided to go on kazaa to download random songs.

I uninstalled my realjukebox today cuz it wasn’t working…and downloaded realone player instead. I never downloaded it before cuz I didn’t know it was soo cool!

The coolest thing is…my CD burner actually works! For the past year and a half it never worked – to be precise, ever since i burnt my first CD it never worked. Today when i was playing with the RealONE player i decided to try the “Burn CD” option. I dumped a few songs in…pressed “burn”…and to my surprise…it worked!

i guess it was my old program that didn’t work…argh. the thing is i still can’t burn my picture files – i have like 500MBs of digital photos that i want to get rid of from my hard drive.

*Now I’m pissed cuz I only put 11 songs on when there was room for like 18. *Wasted a CD-R that cost $9 (cuz I bought it 18 months ago, they were expensive then.) OH Well…at least i did put 11 songs instead of 1! *hmph

Orienteering colour coded event *series 4* Braemar Hill

*Hehe things were really good today! Soo happy! …Cuz i think i won my categroy for orienteering! teehee. Well I was still first when I left the event center at 1:30 so i guess…even if i don’t come first I’m come second…

I don’t really believe that i did come first? Although I did tell people that I really really wanted to come first, i didn’t really i could do it because it is quite hard…to be first. Basically it was quite an easy trail and I never got really lost. and because i aimed to come first, i jogged most of the way *soo tiring! Luckily i’ve been doing exercise these few days, went running with em. y on saturday so despite my lack of sleep, i felt quite energetic.

so the first 5 check points were really easy. then came the harder check pt 6…which i spent quite long finding…because there were lots of paths that led to it. after 6 and 7…then it was straight forward again. This event was much easier than series 1 or 2 because there was less uphill and all the controls were at quite obvious places. I thought the first competition was the most difficult because a lot of controls were in the middle of nowhere.

Another good thing was that at check point 7, i saw a girl who’s starting time was 10:06. Mine was 10:03, so in order to beat her i would need to win by 3 minutes. The trouble was that she was sprinting the whole way. so that’s what i did too… sprinted with my 800m pace(which is quite slow, but yeh…). Luckily i didn’t get any cramps. I never caught up with the girl, but it turns out that she wasn’t in my age group. so she motivated me to run faster because if it weren’t for her, i probably would have run 3-5 minutes slower and that would place me 4th.

my running time was 55:55. What a cool number!

I think i get some sort of reward but i dunno what it is…it’s the joy of winning that’s most estatic!

After the competition the results weren’t posted yet so i went hiking with mr. mussy. Haha i know his entire life story now, but it was interesting. After the competition we went to eat Jap food in Causeway, and then i went home to sleep. the nap was soooo relaxing. i sleep!

Orienteering is not a part of life……Orienteering is life!

its 6:52 in the morning…the earliest i’ve ever been online.

Sleeping pig kay has just had a sleepless night. And i don’t really know why. I’ve don’t recall sleeping much the whole night…possibly only slept for three 1 hour sessions. Perhaps it is a mixture of feelings…anxiety caused by the orienteering and a whirlpool of other factors?
